Abstract
Research topic dealt with the provisions of inheritance according to the law of Iraqi Personal Status No. 188 of 1959, and Islamic law, as the law systems of some of these provisions are a few materials and referred most of the provisions on inheritance to the jurisprudential views that were in place before the issue in 1959, the two sects Jaafari, Hanafi, and explain these views compared with what came Egyptian inheritance law No. 77 of 1943, and we dealt with the concept of inheritance, the heirs to the legacy of the provisions affecting the scale in distribution.
