Publication Guidelines | تعليمات النشر

  1. The article must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
  2. The article must include an abstract in Arabic and an abstract in English of approximately (150-200 words each ), along with keywords in both Arabic and English. Otherwise, the article will be disregarded.
  3. Articles should be submitted by sending two Microsoft Word documents through the Editorial Manager (E.M) system: - First document: the complete article including its title in both Arabic and English only. - Second document: the article title, full name of the researcher, academic title, institutional affiliation (in both Arabic and English), and the email address of each author.
  4. References must follow the (MAL) citation style within the text: [source number in the final list in blue, page number]. Example: [1, p. 21].
  5. References must be linked: for those with DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers), a DOI link must be added after each reference. Example: - Jaber, Hussein Kamel, & Khushshan, Nazem Boush.   6. All references should be listed at the end of the article in continuous numbering (1 → last source), without categories.
  7. References to books, theses, or articles must be written as follows: [Author’s last name, first name], Title of the research or study, volume, edition, place of publication, publisher, year.
  8. The font size must be 14 pt for the body text, footnotes, and references. Line spacing must be (1.15). Use Sakkal Majalla for Arabic text and Times New Roman for English text. Page margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  9. Main and subheadings within the article must be written in blue.
  10. The article must be formatted in two columns when submitted to the journal.
  11. The article must not exceed 20 pages. If it exceeds this limit, an additional fee of 5,000 IQD will be charged for each extra page.
  12. The article will undergo peer review and plagiarism detection (Turnitin) before acceptance for publication.
  13. Publication fees: - 150,000 IQD for researchers inside Iraq. - Equivalent amount in USD for researchers outside Iraq. Payments should be made to MasterCard number: 9982186588.
  14. . If the article is rejected by the Editorial Board, the researcher will be refunded 100,000 IQD. A deduction of 50,000 IQD will be retained as evaluation and plagiarism check fees.
