المناظرات العلمية في الفكر الإسلامي (العلامة الحلي وابن تيمية) نموذجاً
Abstract
Among the most serious dangers facing the Islamic world today are internal wars, security breakdown, rampant chaos in all aspects of life, and the onslaught of external forces. Among the most ferocious of these dangers, which have ravaged countries and people, are those sectarian calls that leave nothing behind and are among the most lethal weapons against Islamic peoples and the most deeply ingrained plagues on their civilization. This has prompted us to examine the extent to which these calls belong to the scholars and preachers of the nation from both conflicting sides. We will demonstrate the extent to which these scholars, who differ on sectarian lines, dealt with each other on the issues over which they disagreed. And how they debated among themselves, and what were the results of those debates, so my choice fell on Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728 AH), the first preacher of the most extreme doctrine today with its use of sectarianism, and his calls with his affiliation with that preacher, and his dealings and debates with his contemporary (Allamah al-Hilli) (d. 726 AH), one of the greatest scholars of the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) at that time, the doctrine that is most prejudiced against today by those who claim to belong to (Ibn Taymiyyah).
