Abstract
The current research aims to identify the susceptibility to temptation among a sample of government employees and to know the differences according to gender and service in the sample. The results showed that the research sample does not have the susceptibility to temptation and there are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males and females and service less than five years or more than five years). The research came out with a set of recommendations and proposals.
