Abstract
The current research aims to identify Internet addiction and existential frustration in a sample of adults and to know the relationship between them. The results showed that the research sample does not suffer from Internet addiction, but rather suffers from existential frustration. It also showed the existence of a weak correlation between Internet addiction and existential frustration. The research also came up with a set of recommendations and proposals.
