هيكل حيازة الأراضي الزراعية في قضاء القرنة
Abstract
Land represents the most important source of national wealth. It is a resource that is not equaled by any other natural resource, as it is the first condition for agricultural production. Therefore, the problem of land and the production relations arising from the forms of its possession and disposal constitute the essence of the agricultural issue in most developing countries. Accordingly, any attempt to advance and develop the agricultural sector is a partial, non-comprehensive and temporary treatment, and its effect may disappear after a period of time. On this basis, the first steps in agricultural development begin with reforming the holding structure of agricultural lands.
