الموقف الروسي من البرنامج النووي الإيراني
Abstract
This research seeks to analyze the Russian position on the nuclear crisis between Iran and the United States in particular, and the West in general, and the subsequent repercussions represented by the referral of the Iranian nuclear file from the International Atomic Energy Agency to the UN Security Council and the imposition of international sanctions on Iran as a pretext for its failure to comply with its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the Additional Protocol to the Safeguards Agreement. The research also seeks to anticipate the future of Russian policy towards this crisis in light of the agreement reached between Iran and the international community. The paper also discusses the starting points and motives for this position, and examines its potential positive and negative repercussions for Russia.
