Abstract
The personality of Baqir Sharif al-Qurashi played a distinguished and important role in formulating the writing of history, and he had a great ability to research and investigate facts, which we do not find in many sources and references that have an influential impact in the cognitive and historical arena: Therefore, the importance of Baqir Sharif al-Qurashi is highlighted as a historian with clear efforts in historical documentation, in addition to the fact that he was a high stature among the professors of the religious seminary and one of its most brilliant professors who are always referred to for seriousness, giving and creativity in the lesson, even in the last years of his life, as his writings numbered (65), and he had a distinctive methodology in historical writing. In this research, we address a summary of Baqir Sharif al-Qurashi and his writings according to the years of their publication, and his methodology in historical writing.
