Abstract
This study examines the night work performed by a group of working women in the Middle Euphrates region of Iraq, which includes several governorates: Babylon, Karbala, Qadisiyah, Najaf, and finally Muthanna. The most important objective of this study is to identify several aspects of the work under study. The second objective relates to clarifying the nature of the problems suffered by women in general and those working in the aforementioned region specifically. Thus, the study addressed several important factors, such as the work performed by the sample members at the time of distributing the field research forms, the number of hours the worker is required to work, and the number of night work days during a single month, as basic aspects of the work of the women who are the subject of the study. As for the process of identifying the group of personal, social, and economic problems, the study comes in the context of achieving the second objective.
