حال الإنسان في النص الأول: دراسة تحليلية في ضوء حال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في المدينة المنورة
Abstract
The establishment and existence of the state is a necessity in human life, and a preoccupation of rational people and thinkers since the most ancient and distant times, starting from ancient civilizations to the renewed thinking in the present times. The state, as Aristotle mentions, is “the work of nature, and man is by nature a social being, and he who remains savage by virtue of the system, not by virtue of chance, is in fact a fallen human being, or a human being superior to the human species” (1). In Aristotle’s view, the state is a natural need required by human nature. Whoever deviates from this vision is considered either below the human rank and is far from it, or above the human rank and is outside it. He only remains with what is in harmony with human nature, which calls for an organized formation called “the state.”
