الحماية القانونية لحرية المعتقد الديني في التشريعات الجنائية والاتفاقيات الدولية (دراسة مقارنة)
Abstract
The legal protection of human rights in general, and freedom of belief in the subject we are currently examining in particular, differs significantly from merely studying the elements of crimes and punishments. Rather, it extends beyond that to the effectiveness of this criminalization in protecting the interest, which here is freedom of belief, from infringement and aggression, and its effectiveness in regulating it. Human rights must be viewed on the basis of what should be, not on the basis of lived reality, because they stem from the inherent dignity of the human being, not from the gifts and grants of the systems that control him.
