أدوات الاستدلال التي يعتمد عليها الفقه في شرعية الدولة
Abstract
Discussing the legitimacy of the state in the view of Islam requires knowledge and understanding of the general foundations of deduction and its tools, and then judging the validity of this theory according to those tools and their authority. This helps to remove many of the ambiguities and clouds that are stuck in the minds of many Muslims, as well as others, regarding the ideas presented in the Islamic arena in general that are far removed from authentic Muhammadan Islam, such as the ideology of ISIS, Wahhabism, and others. It also requires knowledge of the correct conduct of Muslim rulers and caliphs throughout the past centuries. These governments may, in the view of many, represent the true face of Islam and the pure image of the upright religion brought by the Noble Prophet, but most of them are contrary to that. At the same time, history records for us rulings and actions that are far removed from the spirit of Islam, for regimes that raise the banner of Islam, and whose foundations are built on flimsy ideas and deviant approaches that are far from the correct path and far from the sources of deduction and its reliable tools from the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah, which is in fact considered by the Imamis and other schools of thought to be a search for divine Imamate, one of the aspects of which is that Imamate is a social and political system that indicates a single function.
