Abstract
Grammatical studies have varied in their topics, trends, and objectives. Some of them focused on the flags of grammatical thought in which the Easterners took the lead, and they come to mind when talking about the flags of grammatical thought. This is what prompted me to choose a flag of Moroccan grammar, who was popular among his peers and contemporaries, and students crowded into his council. The journey of knowledge ended with him, so the title was: Ibn Malkun (d. 580 AH or 581 AH) and his grammatical views.
