Abstract
Total quality in future education seeks to prepare students with specific characteristics that enable them to cope with the abundance of information, continuous change processes, and tremendous technological progress. Their role is not limited to acquiring knowledge and listening, but rather to the process of dealing with knowledge and utilizing it to the extent sufficient to serve the learning process. This requires the formation of a person with specific specifications to absorb everything new and accelerating and deal with it effectively, a person characterized by flexibility, a love of knowledge, and the ability to follow changes. It also requires a major transformation in the role of the educational institution, the educational supervisor, and the teacher, which imposes new aspects in their role that they must undertake to educate students in an education that is compatible with the changes of the era and achieve quality standards.
