Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effect of using multiple learning resources of local history in teaching history to increase achievement and develop the value of national belonging among history department students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher formulated three null hypotheses: 1- There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of students of the experimental group who study history using multiple learning resources and the scores of students of the control group who study the same subject in the usual way in the post-achievement test. 2- There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of students of the experimental group who study history using multiple learning resources and the scores of students of the control group who study the same subject in the usual way inNational Belonging Scale. 3 - There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) in the average differences between the scores of the pre- and post-tests of the Belonging Scale among students in the experimental group who study history using multiple learning sources.
