التنظيم المكاني لانتخابات مجلس محافظة المثنى للدورتين (2013-2009)
Abstract
Every geographer seeks to spatially organize the electoral process, as it is not possible to produce a fair and effective electoral process unless there is a set of precise scientific procedures and rules that can be relied upon in determining the size of the population and organizing the voters’ register who are entitled to vote. Therefore, the geographical purpose of spatially organizing each electoral process is to highlight patterns of spatial variation on maps in terms of the distribution of voters to polling centers and stations with the aim of measuring the fairness of this geographical distribution, in addition to showing the regions of voting support for each party or political entity on the map in order to show its voting weight to facilitate the analysis and comparison process.
