وجود وعدم ملموسية الأصالة والمصداقية عند فلاسفة الإسلام، دراسة مقارنة بين الفارابي وصدر الدين الشيرازي
Abstract
This research paper addresses the concepts of existence and essence, two concepts that philosophy has explored in great depth and detail. Both the Greek schools of philosophy and Islamic thinkers and scholars have examined these concepts. Indeed, philosophy itself has sometimes been defined as "the science of being, as being." Here, "being" is a clear and simple concept, requiring no particular effort or concentration to understand. Essence, on the other hand, is what answers the question "what is it?" or "what is its nature?" It is, in other words, a description of the true nature of the thing in question. Essence has also been defined as that which is grasped intellectually. Disagreements have arisen among philosophers and thinkers, both in the Greek and Islamic traditions, regarding these concepts. We can say that most Greek philosophers, directly or indirectly, agreed that essence precedes existence, and many Muslim philosophers who followed the Greek philosophical tradition supported this view.
