Abstract
It is self-evident that justice occupies a prominent position among the conditions for establishing the Caliphate (Imamate) for many scholars and jurists of Islamic political thought in its various stages, which interpret the breadth of its concept and meaning in covering various outlets of the ramifications of the Islamic political system on the one hand, and the nature of the jurisprudential and doctrinal structures on the other hand, in order to strengthen the aspects of the development of its intellectual proposals that include reading the contents of the relationship between Islamic sectarianism and the influence of the social, behavioral, moral, cultural, psychological and educational aspects thereof.
