أسس النظام الجنائي الإجرائي الإسلامي في عهد الإمام علي عليه السلام
Abstract
Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) was known for his high scholarly status, as he was the most knowledgeable person after the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), as the Seal of the Prophets (peace be upon him and his family) said about him: “I am the city of knowledge and Ali is its gate, and whoever wants the city should come to the gate.” He also said about him: “The best judge among you is Ali.” From this standpoint, we decided to research the most important foundations and principles established by the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) in the field of the Islamic criminal system, which he (peace be upon him) had previously implemented hundreds of years before Western scholars and countries, which claimed and still claim that they are credited with establishing those legal principles in international covenants, declarations, and their domestic laws.
