الراحة المناخية الحيوية في مدينة السماوة باستخدام المخطط المناخي البيني (أوليجاي)
Abstract
The climatic conditions in the environment in which a person lives constitute a major influence on his comfort, behavior and thinking, and that his body’s physiological functions are quick to respond to climatic changes. Therefore, we find that there is a clear link between a person’s sense of comfort and the climatic elements and what is happening on this sense of change in connection with the change that occurs In these elements, especially solar radiation, temperature, wind and relative humidity, this relationship was the reason for the emergence of many climatic studies that dealt with this topic and developed many criteria and clues to determine this relationship with numbers, taking into account that human comfort may be linked to other factors such as gender, age, food and adaptation.
