Abstract
The research deals with the difference of ancient dialects in the names of plants, studying and collecting them, and then it included two topics, one of them: studying this difference from multiple aspects, namely in the light of the Arabized, the birth and the colloquial, and in the light of the spatial identification of dialects, their prevalence, rarity, and their number, and the study of linguistic phenomena that It includes: phonetic phenomena, morphological and semantic phenomena, and the other: a lexicon that included one hundred and thirty-three names of plants. The dialects contained in it differed, and the dictionary drew its material from Arabic dictionaries.
