التراث والبيئة المحلية في روايات زيد الشهيد
Abstract
Zaid Al-Shaheed presents a novel project in the embodiment of his heavenly environment through his three novels: (Saturdays, Tuesdays, the chicks of groans await, and the horses of the years). He deliberately depicted the local place, and its local specificity, in harmony with people’s traditions and customs, in addition to shedding light on costumes and rituals. Zaid Al-Shaheed seemed to build a heritage museum, collecting everything related to his city of Samawah, where the recipient finds what he cannot find in books. Others and even history books.
