Abstract
Research Problem which summarises that in the work who words the arbitration agreement, is not good at its wording the proper wording and that one phrase comes grant the jurisdiction to both state Judiciary and Arbitration Judiciary and this results in many problems. 2- Research Objectives: The most important one is the problem of the Interlacement, Discrepancy and Contiguity between the terms of the Jurisdiction and the ProposedSolutions Refutation. 3- Research Methodology: Its nature requires the Analytic Rooting Comparative Method.
