Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the knowledge process management according to the comprehensive quality standards for physics teachers. The research community consisted of physics teachers in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate, numbering 173 teachers, 100 teachers were randomly selected as a sample for the research. The researcher used the descriptive survey method for its suitability for the research purposes. A questionnaire was constructed consisting of (40) paragraphs distributed over four fields, each field consisting of (10) paragraphs, the answers to which are graded within three levels (high, medium, low). The fields are (generating, storing, disseminating and applying knowledge). After ensuring the validity and reliability of the research tool, it became in its final form consisting of (40 paragraphs) and was applied to the research sample by distributing them to the research sample. After collecting the questionnaires, they were unloaded into the statistical package program SPSS to be processed statistically. The researcher used arithmetic means, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, ANOVA, and Tukey test.
