Abstract
The research addressed the study of indicators of the development of manufacturing industries at the governorate level and the level of Iraq as a whole, in order to know the development that occurred in the growth of these industries during the study period, and also to study the geographical distribution of these industries in the administrative units of Muthanna Governorate, and to know the size of the current investment and whether the available geographical resources in the governorate are fully invested or not and what is the amount of surplus from them, and this study relied on government data in addition to information taken from some previous books and studies, in addition to relying on field study. The most important conclusions reached by the study are the spread of manufacturing industries in the administrative units of the governorate at varying rates, and the existence of an amount of surplus that is not invested from the available geographical resources, which opens the way for investment.
