الطمأنينة العاطفية وعلاقتها بالصبر لدى طلبة الجامعة
Abstract
Emotional peace of mind is one of the most important aspects of positive mental health and its primary indicators. The most prominent and important of these indicators are feelings of security, reassurance, psychological satisfaction, success in establishing relationships with others, achieving psychological harmony, avoiding rigidity, and openness to others. An emotionally reassured person feels that their needs are met and that the basic components of their life are not at risk. They are in a state of balance or security. An individual may fail in their sense of security and safety for several reasons, operating together or individually. These include failure to satisfy their needs, failure to achieve self-realization, failure to develop self-confidence, failure to feel socially valued, anxiety, social fears, psychological pressure, failure to enjoy life, and incorrect socialization methods. Moreover, among the most significant threats to emotional peace of mind are wars, especially in the current era, which is called the nuclear age, weapons of mass destruction, and the accompanying loss of life and property, disruption of civil society, and loss of security. Peoples around the world, including the Iraqi people of all ages and backgrounds, have suffered from obvious and hidden psychological insecurities for decades, given the enormous amount of psychological pressures, shocks, and violations to which Iraqis have been subjected, both ancient and modern.
