الحوار العقلي في الإرشاد النفسي وفقًا لنموذج ELLIS
Abstract
This research topic is structured according to three general, specific, and specialized theoretical frameworks. The first framework is cognitive counseling, from which the second framework is derived, namely rational counseling (the ELLIS model). From rational counseling, we derive rational dialogue, which is the main research variable. You often hear about the importance of dialogue, but we find that the interlocutors enter and exit dialogues differently. So, what's the problem? Is the problem with the interlocutors? Or with the dialogue and its quality? Do our conversations follow a rational approach? Many of these questions can be usefully formulated as testable scientific hypotheses to verify their validity. Accordingly, the current research aims to identify the technique of rational dialogue, a technique missing among the vast majority of people. Cognitive counseling is one of the modern psychotherapy methods that uses more positive methods and approaches by integrating cognitive counseling and behavioral counseling techniques together, helping individuals develop their cognitive skills, restructure their ideas, and practice and support positive behaviors.
