Abstract
The Islamic religion is represented by its glorious book, which is the revelation of God Almighty sent down to his noble prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and by its legislation for humankind through the book, the prophetic Sunnah, and the pure family. In these three, the founding text of this eternal religion is formed. It is a complete system of universal belief, a legal system, and applied behavior. However, the departure from the approach of truth represented by the pure family of the Prophet was a reason for the emergence of differences in approach and thought. Intellectual opinions appeared and interpretations multiplied, so the rulings of religion were affected by doctrinal, intellectual, and structural foundations. As a result, Islamic sects arose, most of which relied on the jurisprudence of the predecessors and its rigidity and reliance on their understanding that goes back hundreds of years without relying on the Imams of Truth, the guides, peace be upon them.
