Abstract
The era we live in is an era of competition and speed in everything. You cannot compete with this huge amount of offerings without quality. Government sectors, and the private sector in particular, often complain about the weakness or decline in the professional or craft aspect or in the behavioral abilities towards business among high school graduates. The lack of quality of these outputs is attributed to the unsuitability of high school programs to the capabilities required by these sectors to meet the need for which they were hired.
