Abstract
The current research paper proposes a system of ethics and values necessary to prepare students of colleges of education in light of the variables of information by observing and monitoring the student reality in the educational institution (university) and through enlightenment and benefit from the literature and studies that dealt with the various contemporary changes and transformations and changes in the social, political, economic and cultural life that the world around us is witnessing, of which we have become an integral part, especially our cultural climate and the changes it is witnessing and their. repercussions on the various institutions of our society.
