التلال في الصحراء الجنوبية: دراسة في جيومورفولوجيا المناخ
Abstract
The study comes to deal with the phenomenon of the climate islands (hills) that can be considered as one of the significant geomorphologic phenomenon of the southern desert especially since some of these islands have been constructed during ancient geologic era together with the dominant climate, namely the warm-dry climate. Such circumstances have witnessed wind erosion and other geomorphologic erosion and sedimentary phenomenon. One of the most known islands is the climate island, so due to the role of climate in the ancient composition. It is worth mentioning that other phenomenon has appeared such as Lowland interfaces and routes of water, floods, water caves and canyons. These islands have played a significant role to formulate regional and dominant models of climate. This in turn affects the desert economic rules in this dry-climate region
