Abstract
Abstract The objective of this research is to know the effect of the leader's skills (which are technical, intellectual, humanitarian) on the strategic planning (that is the strategic vision, the strategic message and the strategic targets). A practical study in the colleges of Al-Kufa University has put a basic hypothesis for research that says that there is an effect and relationship between the administrative leader skills and the strategic planning, a forty nine forms have been distributed a good forty four forms for analysis have been returned program (spss 14) has come to a group of truths all assure the relationship between the administration leader skills and the strategic planning but two opinious.
