Abstract
The recruitment of e-learning created a new philosophy and goals in the management of the educational process and in the nature of the roles assigned to each party, the teacher and the student found themselves psychologically in front of a change in the educational pattern that did not prepare the potential and conditions for successful operations. which are mainly based on mental processes.
