Abstract
One of the most prominent challenges facing Thai Muslims is the Pattani problem, which is considered one of the biggest ethnic problems that Islamic countries have suffered from throughout history and up to the present time. Although Islam has a strong presence and noticeable spread in Thailand, especially in the southern region of its provinces, which include: Pattani, Narathiwat, Satul, Yala, and part of Sonkhla, these ethnic problems have cast their shadows on the future of the nationalities that follow the Islamic religion
