Abstract
Iraqi cities suffer from numerous problems, with one of the most significant being poor planning. Most institutions, including meteorological stations, suffer from insufficient selection of optimal locations in those provinces. This leads to inaccurate results from these stations, resulting in several problems in deriving accurate data for the city. This can be attributed to the poor distribution and planning of services
