Abstract
Islamic law is unique in covering everything that people need. The Qur’an is the constitution and method of this world and the hereafter for people until the Day of Judgment. It has dealt with matters in all their forms of problems and other angles of a different nature, except for which treatment is possible. It was built on strong foundations far from the gaps and reaching the horizon of health. And its constructive safety, so Islam made for every aspect of life, both permanent and temporary, provisions for relationships between people, and among these relationships, which the Creator paid special attention to, beyond accuracy and clarity, are the ones that nurture and protect the first seed in the continuation of cultivation and offspring, which is the formation of the family in the best and most accurate way.
