Abstract

One of the problems that the Iraqi government faced during the monarchy era was the abundance of swamps and dirty water in Iraqi cities, causing the spread of diseases and microbes, especially malaria, which called for the government to address the matter by draining and backfilling the swamps and constructing drains.
