Abstract
This paper aims at identifying the fabric industries and how we can improve it due to its primary role in realizing economic development in general and industrial development in particular in the governorate that has the intended requirements to take it into consideration by political decision makers to so as to find legislations and laws that support industrial investment and achieve sustained industrial improvement. Among these factors: labor supply, marketing, working capital, and energy resources.
