Abstract
Interest is one of the most important conditions necessary for filing a lawsuit before the Federal Court on which acceptance of the lawsuit depends. The condition of interest is one of the conditions stipulated for accepting a constitutional lawsuit, as it is not enough that the contested text be in violation of the Constitution, but rather its application must result in direct harm to the plaintiff. The law stipulates The Federal Supreme Court (No. 25 of 2021, No. 4635 on 6/7/2021) requires that the appeal be submitted by an interested plaintiff, and this is what was confirmed by the Federal Court’s internal regulations (No. 1 of 2022 - No. 4679 on 6/13/2022), which required that it be for the defendant.
