Abstract
Studying the residential reality is important, and the residential reality of Al-Rumaitha district may be important in this research. Because it is surrounded by rapid urban growth, the research reveals that the population of Al-Rumaitha district is expected to increase in population, reaching the population of (171,176) people in the year 2030 after achieving a growth rate of (2.9%) in the year 2020, and this means that the number of families is clearly increasing, which is It appears at (26,334) families for the year 2030.
