Abstract
Damdin Sükhbaatar was the most famous figure in the history of Outer Mongolia during the socialist era)1917-1991 (for his active role in establishing the Mongolian Communist Party in 1920, and He worked on establishing a newspaper published in the name of the party and is the Mongolyn Unen Newspaper of Mongolia. He founded the secret Revolutionary group East Urga 1919 and played arole in the Revolution 1921, he worked to Urge the Mongolian people to armed struggle in addition to gathering volunteers to establish the Partisan Army in securing the independence of Outer Mongolia and eliminating Chinese control in 1921
