Abstract
Shiraz was going through very difficult political conditions, especially the period preceding the study period and in the first years of the study period, in which very important developments occurred, represented by conflict and competition over the rule of the country. This conflict ended with Karim Khan Al Zand alone ruling the country and his choice of Shiraz as the capital of Persia to witness important developments on The internal political and urban level
