Abstract
In fact, the world today is going through a very large number of crises compared to previous years, and perhaps the most prominent of these crises and developments are the wars taking place in some countries, such as the Ukrainian-Russian war and its political and economic repercussions that continue to this day, in addition to other global political and economic turmoil that It affects, in one way or another, all countries of the world. But recently there has been a serious crisis facing the entire world, and perhaps among those global crises is the crisis of climate change and its dangerous repercussions, especially on the economic field and even its political manifestations. In addition, the international community is aware of the seriousness of this matter, so the governments of different countries take different measures, methods and strategies to stop or reduce the risks of climate change, and then hold many periodic international conferences and forums regarding climate change, and at least come up with recommendations that reduce this global impact
