Abstract

We aim from this study to demonstrate the jurisprudential vision of the issue of profiting from the Internet, after we sensed the prevalence of electronic commerce and its spread on a large scale, and this puts the consumer in dangers that he may be indispensable for, so there must be rationing of these matters according to the vision of Islamic law, and it has resulted. The idea of ​​this research is based on a main goal represented in defining the jurisprudential vision of profiting from the Internet in its various types and methods.
