Abstract
The research aims to assess the levels of spatial accessibility towards community service centers as destinations for the population with daily demand expressed by the amount of traffic through the paths of the street network in the city of Mosul. This is done by applying the spatial analysis methodology to the requirements of measuring ease of access using fuzzy logic to translate spatial interaction into mathematical logic, and convert its data into geographical knowledge represented by levels of saturated spread for ease of access between the very high 17.3 km2, the high 40.15 km2, the medium 62.81 km2, and the very low 46.55 km2 in an area the study. The model put forward options for the decision-maker to reorganize the hierarchical arrangement of the community service centers according to the interconnected paths of the streets network of the city of Mosul to achieve the largest savings from the community service centers.
