Abstract

The rules of decency and public decency in litigation are a set of principles and actions that the parties participating in the judicial process must adhere to, represented by mutual respect and professionalism. The parties must deal with each other honestly and transparently and there must be adherence to the laws and rules and avoid defamation and distortion. Therefore, all of these rules enhance professional reputation and integrity in the litigation process and enhance confidence in the judicial system in order to achieve fully justice. These rules must be followed, whether by the judge and his assistants, or by the plaintiff or the lawyer’s representative, and the defendant or the lawyer’s representative.
