Abstract
During the period (1935-1939), Australia witnessed a radical transformation in its external positions, so it had political positions and reactions, towards the international conflicts that Europe witnessed, and it was one of the direct causes that led to the Second World War, Its views and positions have received wide international resonance, and played an effective role, the level of the British Empire of which it is a part, or at the international level, As a result of this transformation, Australia succeeded in installing the first nail in building its independence in managing its Foreign affairs, after it was managed by Britain, during those situations Australia tried to adopt a policy of appeasement and appeasement, which was believed to be a wall of defense that would avoid the danger of war, which constitutes a clear and explicit threat to its security, and also to preserve its commercial interests and international relations.
