Abstract
The research deals with the Battle of Iwo Jima, which broke out on (February 19 - March 26) of the year 1945, when the American forces were able to control the island of Iwo Jima after a large and dangerous amphibious landing, as (America) divided the island into two halves southern and northern, and the attack in more than one axis, according to a tight military plan carried out by the US Supreme Military Authority, which eventually led to complete control of it by the Americans, after both sides suffered heavy human losses, especially the Japanese, and then took control of the international territorial waters that were controlled by it Japan and their defeat in the war.
