Abstract
Ahmad Radi is considered one of the important sports figures in Iraq, as he belonged to an Iraqi family known for its originality, its roots extended to one of the thighs of the well-known tribes of Iraq, namely the thigh of the slap, which is part of the Bani Malik tribe, which is spread in large parts of Iraq, he began to love the game of football, and took its practice in alleys and schools, as a result of being influenced by the family atmosphere represented by his brothers who were practicing it, and some of them reached the representation of national teams, which increased his love for the game of football, born in 1964, and died in 2020 he is about 56 years old due to the corona pandemic, and after leaving Iraqi football as a player and coach, he turned to the development of sports in Iraq through the methods of the political world, by nominating him in several lists, through which he tried to develop several programs that improve the status of sports in Iraq, but the political party conflicts and nepotism that occurred in the politics of Iraq at that time, prevented him from realizing his dream of developing sports and its facilities
