Abstract
We reached a set of facts and results that illustrate the importance of studying upbringing of Naguib Al-Rayyes and his intellectual and political cycle, the most important of which are : - Naguib Al-Rayes started writing as a poet, critic and literary critic through his presence in the Mari Ajami literary salon. He was a member of the founding committee of the Literary Association and was interested in poetry, literature and thought . Najeeb Al-Rayes worked in journalism and the political and revolutionary struggle together since the French Mandate over Syria, as he was one of the first patriots to be arrested . He continued to work in many Lebanese newspapers, including Al-Muqtabas newspaper, then he joined the Faculty of Law, where he did not complete his education, to join after that as a eporter, and then as editor
